The exact services provided to you will depend on the package, proposal or agreement you have selected.
2. Social Media Management
Where social media management is included, Consoltro may create, prepare, schedule and publish content on your behalf.
Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for supplying the photos, videos, information and other material required for us to create social media content.
The number and frequency of posts will be based on the package or agreement selected by the Client.
Our standard social media management service is designed primarily to keep your social media accounts active, professional and regularly updated. It does not automatically include professional photography, videography, advanced graphic design, daily posting or extensive community management unless specifically agreed.
3. Client-Supplied Content
You confirm that you have the right to provide us with any photos, videos, logos, music, graphics, testimonials, business information or other material supplied to Consoltro.
You give Consoltro permission to use, edit, resize, format and publish this material for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
The Client remains responsible for ensuring supplied material does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights.
Consoltro may refuse to publish material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, misleading, inappropriate or likely to breach the rules of a social media or advertising platform.
4. Content Approval
Where content approval has been agreed, we may send content to the Client before publication.
The Client is responsible for reviewing any information relating to their business, including pricing, offers, claims, services, qualifications and availability.
Where a Client has given Consoltro authority to post without individual approval, Consoltro may publish content based on information and material previously provided by the Client.
If an error is identified, we will take reasonable steps to correct or remove the content once we are notified.
5. Social Media Engagement

6. Meta Advertising
Where Meta advertising is included, Consoltro may manage advertising across platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
Services may include campaign creation, targeting, ad creative, copywriting, testing, tracking and ongoing optimisation.
The Client understands that advertising performance can vary because of factors outside Consoltro's control, including:

Unless otherwise stated in writing, advertising spend paid to Meta or another advertising platform is separate from Consoltro's management fees.
The Client is responsible for funding their advertising account and maintaining a valid payment method.
Advertising charges imposed directly by Meta or another third-party platform are the responsibility of the Client.
Changes in advertising spend should be agreed between Consoltro and the Client.

The Client is responsible for:

Facebook Pages
Instagram accounts
Meta Business Portfolio
Meta Ads Manager

We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, platform changes, advertising disapprovals, algorithm changes or other actions taken by third-party platforms that are outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to assist with issues relating to campaigns we manage, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will restore an account, approve an advertisement or reverse a decision.
11. Fees and Payment
Fees will be outlined before services commence.
Unless otherwise agreed, services may be charged:
Monthly
As a one-off project fee
Through another agreed billing arrangement
Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
If payment remains overdue, Consoltro may pause services after providing reasonable notice until outstanding amounts are paid.
Any advertising spend owed directly to third-party platforms remains the Client's responsibility.

The Client may request changes to their service package.
Any changes to scope, posting frequency, advertising management or additional work may result in a change to fees.
We will communicate material changes to pricing or services before they take effect.
13. Cancellation
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, either party may cancel an ongoing monthly service by providing reasonable written notice.
Any work already completed and fees already incurred before the cancellation date remain payable.
Where advertising campaigns are cancelled, Consoltro will take reasonable steps to stop campaigns under our control from the agreed end date.
Advertising charges already incurred through Meta or another third-party platform cannot be reversed by Consoltro.
